OUR REVIEW

Gloria Arenson is an expert in the nutritional field whose classes and seminars have helped thousands of women to face their problems of anorexia, bulimia and other nutritional disorders. And her experience in this field is clearly reflected in this book, which is mostly aimed at a female readership, even though the advice it provides to fight and overcome the addiction to food can be followed by both sexes.

In a simple, direct language, the author analyses the different causes that may develop into a nutritional disorder, and most specially, to obesity due to an excess of food, at the same time suggesting a personal test that the reader can apply to that personal problem and undertake the right therapy to succeed in the fight to overcome such a negative food dependence that may jeopardize their health, and all that taking us to a positive attitude towards life.
