Previous Page (Galleries).Fernando Egozcue is Argentinian, a guitarist, composer and arranger of the band Nuevos Aires. With them he has been awarded several prizes in his homeland and has made friends with mythical Astor Piazzolla. To his recordings and live performances must be added the composition of several themes for radio and TV productions. Born in Buenos Aires in 1959, Egozcue receives a great deal of influences, among which most noteworthy are, of course, tango, as well as the alternative musics, classical music, jazz, and rock. His artistic activity started in the early eighties, basically in Argentina, although he has currently been engaged on tours outside his country.
