OUR REVIEW

Volume 36 (1998) of the Annual Review of Astronomy and Astrophysics comes to its appointment on time. The contents of this book correspond to 14 technical articles of a very varied nature that range from stellar physics to the study of galaxies or the spectra of supernovas, to the observations of Erath-like planets and the chemical measurement in the galactic medium.

Renowned astronomers and astrophysicians participate in this compilation of works that shows the current status of research in these and other fields, and that will surely interest professionals and university scholars and students with specific education.
