Nattefrost
LIVE IN GERMANY 2008 & 2009
Groove Unlimited
2009
Nattefrost (Danish composer Bjorn Jeppesen) has in recent
years earned a good post in the avant-garde music linked to such trends as
Space Sequencer Music and Synth-Pop.
This album allows the listener
to listen to Natterfrost live, with music whose style wanders between
these two artistic trends.
The disc consists of pieces performed
live during two concerts in Germany: One at the festival Ambient
Experience, in Wuppertal on May 3rd , 2008 (the first 4 pieces of the
album). And the other at the festival Electronic Circus in Blelefeld on
September 12th, 2009.
Most of the music has been composed by
Nattefrost, and comes from studio albums.
In two of the pieces,
Nattefrost has the luxury of counting with the collaboration of Phil Molto
(Robert Schroeder), a veteran, famous electronic musician who became known
in the late 1970s.
