Deborah Martin is a composer and synthesist with an exquisite sensitivity. And she proves this from the first to the last track in the disc.

The general approach of the album flows between the Contemporary Instrumental Music of a melodic trend and the Ambient of space music airs. Besides, there are symphonic touches that enhance the majesty of some passages.

The contributions of the musicians that play with Deborah are equally fundamental: Tony Levin, Coyote Oldman, Howard Givens, Jon Jenkins, Philip Kolb, John R. Larsen, Mark Hunton, Greg Klamt, David Stile and Matthew Stewart. All of them contribute to reinforce the freshness of the pieces.

When listened to with due attention, "Deep Roots, Hidden Water" reaches the listener’s soul.
