Michele of Wilton MYTHS & LEGENDS 2008 Pianist and composer Michele of Wilton, in this album, offers us an emotional collection of melodic themes performed by her at the piano. The music, of a clearly romantic nature, flows through themes with varied orientations, though never leaving this general approach. Thus, there are themes that explore the illusions and hopes, others sail into melancholy and some show a certain degree of euphoria. In several passages or themes a shade of sensuality reinforcing the expressivity of the music and enhancing its beauty can be perceived by the audience. In short, this is a work nice to listen to, and it will no doubt appeal to a wide sector of the followers of contemporary instrumental melodic music.
