Guitarist Potsch Potschka has created an interesting work that joins New Instrumental Music with the essence of Arab folk music. The result is a wonderful, suggestive brand of music that at times seems to evoke the magic of the Tales Of A Thousand And One Nights. Using the electric guitar as a solo instrument to create Arab melodies is also a very remarkable feat, and besides, the artist has thus contributed a greater strength to these melodies, by stressing their most aggressive traits. "Overture" is a clear example of this.
