Like a circus performance dominated by the acts of magicians, bullet-men and other singular, mysterious characters, this album illustrates its title as it offers a collection of tracks with a variety of focuses yet with the common characteristic of attracting the attention of the listener from its first instants. Each piece portrays a performance or a circus character, as shown in the titles and as is obvious in the peculiar construction of each theme. Using very different sound textures, yet always under the cover of a wide use of electronics, Zinkl weaves mysterious melodies and disquieting environments that appear to reflect this fascination that the most risky of performances and the strangest characters have always created in the world of the circus.
