Artemiy Artemiev is one of the best representatives of the innovative electronic music that is currently being done. With Five Mystery Tales of Asia we certainly don't have a conventional album. The release contains seven themes of a slow development. The music is full of dark electronic sounds, that give an oppressive atmosphere to the entire album. In the work the listener can hear wrapping sounds that penetrate the brain leaving a strong impression of loneliness and remoteness. Like the title suggests, the landscapes & legends of China, Mongolia and Japan are the topic that has inspired the artist to compose this music.
