Songs of Early Paradise is the latest release by Mary Zema. Produced by herself and Richard Bone, the work has been recorded at Quirkworks Laboratory and Reel to Real Studios. It contains nine tracks, two of them instrumental ones. The music has been classified as New Age Vocal and it is soft and pleasant, full of tenderness. Zema has written all songs. Her beautiful, warm voice, invite us to listen to heartfelt melodies, inspired by an imaginary "paradise" where we'd certainly like to live. Other people collaborate in the album, too: Richard Bone (programs), Mike Marando (electric guitar), Stephen G. Evangelista (keyboards) and Carolyn Soares (lyrics). Mary Zema sings and plays acustic guitar and keyboards.
