From Alcoholica we have been able to listen to a tape demo of their CD Danzando en el Fuego, a work on the Heavy wave that however also could interest people who normally do not feel attracted to this musical style. This Argentinian band, that can be often seen live in their home town, Buenos Aires, practise powerful and commercial arguments with a very good basis, both in the lyrical and melodic aspects. Their themes, usually in the typical rhythms of the genre, lean likewise on the ballad, on the message, and are far from improvisation. Well thought and structured, among them most remarkable are "Hasta el Fin" and the strength of "Mírate al Espejo". No doubt, the people of Alcoholica are ready to become known beyond their frontiers.
