In this album by The Panther Moderns, we find eleven pieces of avantgarde rock, with the lyrics written and sung by John Shirley, who is a well known author in his career as a cyberpunk science fiction writer. The songs have in several instances a strong charge of social criticism, as is obvious in such titles as "200,000 h*meless children". Also remarkable enough is "D*min@nt impulse", an electronic music piece with Ambient and Dark traits.
