This work by Lambert Ringlage and Palantir (Christian Schimmoller) is inspired by a region in the outer northwest of the Bretagne in France, that is called Finistere (The Romans called it Finis Terrae). All tracks were composed, played and recorded live during a session in Finistere. The five pieces included in this album are pure electronic music, with the philosophy of exploring new sonic continents nonetheless without abandoning melody and rhythm. The music has a pleasant freshness, thanks to the imaginative melodies and atmospheres.
