Through four compositions with a complete predominance on the part of the piano as a soloist instrument, Stuart Jones creates a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, with his romantic music. The love connotations of the title adequately suggest the sentimental style of the album. Not being quite tragic, the work maintains a certain melancholy air, perhaps hinted at by the slow cadence of the pieces.
