The ex-member of Neuronium Albert Giménez reaches with this album a final evolutive stage in his relationship with acoustic guitar which has been going on during several years. After this release, Giménez has returned to the electric guitar and electronic music to record what will be his next album. Música Contemplativa consists of 19 pieces composed by Giménez, that he plays with only the acoustic guitar. The music is of a soft character, romantic, with a certain classical flavor. The expressivity that the artist achieves with his guitar is remarkable indeed, without the help of any other instruments. From his hand, the guitar appears at the same heights as any other orchestra instruments among those which are best appreciated in the role of soloists, like for instance the piano.
