The friendship between Dik Darnell and the Indian chief Grandpa, is the main personal influence that has led the musician to explore the spirituality of native North American Indians, and try to capture the essence of their traditional music for rituals to incorporate it in his compositions. This album merges the Darnell's musical ideas with elements of Indian folklore. Just like other New Age artists re-create the Tibet or other charismatic places within their meditative electronic compositions, Darnell does so with the culture of the North American Indians, evoking their ancestral rituals and the impressive open spaces of the North America prior to its colonization by the white man.
