On September 6-7, Festival of Mind, Body & Spirit will be held in London, UK. Alquimia and Mark Jenkins will give a live performance.
On September 8-13, Ars Electronica 97, one of the most important international festivals of technological art in the world, will be held in Linz, Austria.
On September 9, Mark Jenkins will present Space Dreams 2 and Alquimia will present Wings of Perception at The Purcell Room, London South Bank Centre, UK.
On September 13, the 3th Truth CD will be presented at "De Landing", in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. A concert will be given here. Performing artists will be: Ron Boots, Robert Marselje, Hans Munz, Kees Aerts, Eric and Harold van der Heijden, Detlef Keller, James J. Clent, Syndromeda, Ian Boddy, Vietgrove, Mario Schönwälder, and more.
On September, the organization Gracia Territori Sonor will collaborate with the festival Musica Viva de Vic, Spain, in several activities.
Bridge, the new album by Oystein Sevag will be released on September 16.
On October, Kraftwerk will give a live performance in Karlsruhe, Germany. It seems that it will be Kraftwerk's only appearance in Germany this year.
Zero Times Infinity's Collaborations With Chaos is in post production stages.
On September 21, The Chieftains will give a live performance at the Winspear Center, in Edmonton, AB, Canada.
From September 22 to 27, ISEA 97, The International Symposium on Electronic Art 1997, will be held in Chicago, USA.
On September 26, Iury Lech will give a live performance at the Festival de Musica Viva de Vic, at the Sala de la Fundació La Caixa, in Vic, Barcelona, Spain. Satori will perform here also.

USA, August 13. KITARO'S LATEST ACTIVITIES.

Kitaro is planning a tour in support of the re-release of Peace on Earth. Performing with him, will be the multi-cultural children of the International Peace Choir, who are also featured on the album. Kitaro elected to donate a portion of the proceeds from this album to E.C.O. (Earth Communications Office). E.C.O. is a nonprofit organization that uses the power of communications to improve the global environment. Kitaro will not be touring Europe in the next months because his many commitments in other nations. The next european concert dates may be on February / March 1998. His new album, to be released in September, will be called Cirque Ingenieux. This release will be the accompaniment of a Broadway-style play that will tour America in 1997 / 1998 and possibly Europe in late 1998 or 1999. Advance word indicates that it is unique and somewhat unlike what he has done in the past. At the same time, Kitaro has been working on new additions to his Kitaro's World of Music series.

On June, the latest release by Keith Jarrett (La Scala) was presented at the Lotus Records store in Salzburg, Austria.
Mark Isham played on the first album by Kyle Eastwood (son of well-known actor, Clint).
The new release by Wendy Carlos is Tales of Heaven & Hell. Not since 1986's Beauty in the Beast has Carlos released a CD of all original compositions. This is the first Wendy Carlos CD to feature her own cover artwork.
The new album by Frontline Assembly is Initial Command.
Jean Michel Jarre will give a live concert in Moscow, Russia.
On August 8-10, ZEF Festival 1997 will take place in the Polish town Pisz. Performing artists are Marek Bilinski (Poland) (August 8), Jozef Skrzek (Poland) (August 9) and Bernd Kistenmacher with Guther Schickert (Germany) (August 10). Some concerts of non-professional musicians as well as some workshops will take place during these days.
On August 8, Alan Stivell will give a live performance in Quebec, Canada.
