France, November 2. Jean Michel Jarre has finished his new studio album, an album that has been long expected by all his fans. The exact release date will not be November 1996, as it had been planned, but January 1997. Jarre has devoted a very long time indeed to this record all along 1996. As it seems, his decision to postpone till the next year the concerts he had originally planned for this year, was largely due to his wish to concentrate on the composition of his work. 1997 will therefore be a live concert year for Jarre. Two have already been officially advertised: a "simple" concert on March 15th., 1997 at the Salle Omega Zenith, Toulon, France; and a macro-performance on April 15th., at Melbourne (Australia).
