ALQUIMIA

Born in Mexico City, Alquimia studied piano, voice and composition in Mexico and Canada. Her music derives from a highly varied career in rock, popular music, avant-garde classical and improvised music, and her albums present a challenging fusion of ambient, electronic, psychedelic, ethnic and trance styles. Alquimia is currently based in London and gives regular concert performances as well as composing to commission for film, theatre, dance groups, television and radio.
