Previous Page (Galleries).Jorge Reyes is a Mexican artist whose main achievement has been to rescue part of the American pre-Columbian music, recovering ancient instruments and creating with them, as well as with synthesizers, a mixture of ancient and electronic music, with an enigmatic result. Reyes has studied the native musics from different regions all over the world, he has composed soundtracks for the cinema and television, and has given numerous concerts, some of them in archaeological sites.
